Md. Shahin is the Chief Executive Officer of Ads. He has worked as a senior official in the NGO sector for a long time. He has extensive experience in effectively managing the interfaces of development programs, governance and financial sustainability. He also has a proven track record in building effective partnerships within and outside Ads. 

Before joining Ads, Mr. Shahin served as the Zonal Coordinator at the non-government organization ‘Proshika’. He served there with great loyalty for 10 years. He also served for years  as a District LCBCE Officer in Bhola district under GOB-UNICEF project. He is an active member of various national networks and alliances for the inclusive achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. He was also selected as a vice-president by Consumers Association of Bangladesh (CAB), Bhola district in 2024.

Mr Khaled holds a post-graduation degree in Mass Communication & Journalism from Rajshahi University. He also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the Bangladesh Open University.
